LOBSTER ROLLS

All rolls are served on our split-top toasted bread, finished w/butter (available w/o butter).

  • OUR SIGNATURE WARM – Warm buttered lobster topped with chilled mango and diced jalapeno pepper, and citrus kale on our toasted split-top bread
  • Chilled – Chilled lobster: touch of mayo, celery and spices, and citrus kale
  • BLT (Bacon, Lobster, Tomato) Roll – Warm lobster topped with bacon bits, sundried tomato, truffle oil, served w/citrus kale
  • Creamy Lobster Roll – Warm lobster topped with our lobster bisque and bacon bits, served with citrus kale (NJ Only – fall/winter season)

SURF AND TURF ROLLS

  • Rosemary Steak Sandwich – Rosemary marinated steak with melted parmesan cheese and sundried tomato with citrus kale
  • Surf and Turf Roll – Our Rosemary Steak Sandwich topped with buttered lobster
  • Firecracker Shrimp Tacos – Two soft tacos, each topped with breaded shrimp, citrus kale, shredded carrots, cucumber, sundried tomato, and our Honey Siracha Glaze.
  • Salmon Burger – Salmon mixed with green onion and spices, topped with garlic aioli, citrus kale
